This legal notice covers the Terra TCG app for iOS and Android and the terratcg.app website.
If the two versions differ, the French version is the official one; this English version is a translation.

The app's server, the website and card photos are hosted by Cloudflare. Accounts and game data are hosted by Neon, a Databricks company.

Report content
In the app, report a player from their profile, or a card from the card itself or by long-pressing it in your feed.
Without a Terra account, use the form at terratcg.app/report to report illegal content or an intimate image of you shared without your consent.
Authorities can send us an order or a request for information with the form's “Order from an authority” reason, or by email to support@terratcg.app. These requests are handled first.
You can also report illegal online content to the French authorities on PHAROS (internet-signalement.gouv.fr). If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe).
Personal data
HURLE is the controller of Terra's personal data. Our privacy policy explains what we process, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.
Intellectual property
The Terra TCG name, the app, the website and their text belong to HURLE. Some animal illustrations come from Wikimedia Commons and remain their authors' work under their Creative Commons licences. Photos taken by players remain theirs; our terms of use explain how Terra may show them.
